You can cancel your order by phone, email or through our site, if it has been done there, until before it is sent by us.
In case you want to cancel your order after it has been sent, you will be charged with the shipping costs set by the courier company / shipping company for the sending and return of the parcel
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement
(a) in all cases in which, through proven fault of the GP-Group, incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, etc.) and
b) in all cases in which there was a problem / actual defect in the product (operation or quality) which is covered by the product warranty and if the warranty has been given by GP-Group. This provision does not cover products covered by third party warranties such as the manufacturer of the product or his dealer.
In all these cases, the customer has the choice either from the beginning not to accept the receipt of the product or, after receiving it, to return the product, within 20 days from the day of delivery.
In any case, the products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition. In case they are not returned within 20 days then GP-Group may not accept any return and replacement. In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced-repaired must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (eg TDA, Ap. Retail, etc.). Before each return it is recommended to consult with our company, by phone or via email.
– If you received a product other than the one you requested or the product you received is problematic, we will replace it completely free of charge, assuming any shipping costs, old and new product.
– In case you made a wrong order or do not want the product, you can replace it with another one, assuming the cost of transport to our store and shipping the new product to your place.
– In case there is no product available in our store to be replaced, or you do not want it, we can refund your money (if there is fault of our company, we will refund the shipping cost, otherwise ONLY its value product).
